SPEEDFIT FRESH WATER PUSH FIT PLUMBING SYSTEM Speedfit push fit plumbing range for easy installation of fresh, hot and cold water system. Not suitable for use with fuel. Pipe simply pushes home into fitting for a perfect first time seal. Speedfit will grip most 12 & 15mm pipes be they plastic, stainless or copper. Stainless teeth in the collets grip onto these soft or hard surface pipes, so long as they are within diameter size tolerances. Whole systems can be assembled for a clean neat installation. Fittings can be dismounted by pushing back collet and withdrawing pipe. The joint can be broken and re-made as many times as you wish, they will reseal when you push the pipe back in. Whale WX quick-connect 12 & 15 fittings also available to adapt existing systems. Whale WX fittings will not hold onto copper or hard polished surface plastic fittings, unless they have 2 circumferencial grooves. For these applications a Speedfit PM fitting must be used
