109 Litre Waste Water Tank Kit for VW Crafter 2018 Onwards FWD MWB & LWB Campervan 

KIT CONTAINS:-

– 1x CAK-046W Waste Water Tank 109 Litre with pre welded fittings (2 x 19/20mm waste inlets, and 1 x 25mm drain)

– 1x Set of custom made galvanised steel brackets. 

– 1x Set of hook bolts for brackets with locking nuts

– 1x 1 metre Remote Drain Tap Kit (Grey)

This fresh tank is designed to fit with the long side running front to back of the vehicle, in the space where the spare wheel goes.  Spare wheel needs to be removed and spare wheel winch unbolted.  The tank sits offset to passenger side, behind the axle, in the spare wheel position (spare wheel position is not central), in the recess of the cross members. It does not fit between the cross members.  Capacity of 109 litres. 

Tank ideally requires 12-15mm of packing between the tank and cross member (both) to centralise it and allow secure tightening of the brackets.  

Fixing kit supplied with 2 brackets, 4 x 4 inch hookbolts and locking nuts.

Front bracket will need 2 holes drilled into the rear face of front cross member and bolted using a 4 inch hookbolt either side.  

Rear bracket will also need 2 holes drilled into rear face of rear cross member and bolted using a 4 inch hookbolt either side.

Three welded fittings included:  2 x 19/20mm waste inlets, and 1 x 25mm drain, all pre-welded centrally on one of the long sides.  Tank is handable so fittings can face either driver or passenger side, however there is more room when fittings face the driver side due to the offset of the tank towards the passenger side.   

Recommend the use of smooth bore supaflex grey hose which is ultra flexible and will not clog up with waste like convoluted hose.
